Why I Joined HiNAIA

After 14 years in special education and math classrooms, ranging from self-contained to dual enrollment, I’ve seen firsthand the power of individualized support and the gaps that persist for students with learning differences. I joined HiNAIA to help close those gaps.
At HiNAIA, I bring classroom experience and deep knowledge of IEPs, compliance, and inclusive design to build our platform grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Our goal? Real tools that meet real needs…for students, educators, and families alike.
